We also provide user panel to every doctors for easy accessibility for cancelation, shifting and keeping regular track records of patients for better compliance. We support them with automated reminder messages to patients for proper health check up ensuring them good healthcare.

2. Customers

We ensure easy access to appointments of doctors through online and offline too. People need not to travel far distant places and stand in a queue for long hours to get an appointment. Now, appointments are available through online from their mobile itself and also via SMS booking from their nearest QOB stores. Proper follow up and keeping our patients updated about the latest information about the health care is our prime concern.
